This was a clean place, located in the heart of HCMC. We walked from here everywhere we wanted to go so the location was a big plus to us. However, the biggest plus here is the hostess - she made us welcome to Vietnam (this was our 1st and 2nd night here), and gave us a lot of tips. She also gave us a map and guided us to what should we see/say/expect. And since she spoke English well it was really easy to ask here more questions as we were discovering the place.

Extremely nice and helpful hosts. On arrival they gave us a very detailed map with very useful information. It is well located in a little alley easy to find thanks to the exhaustive information provided to us by the guest house by email before our arrival. The room is small but set up in a very practical manner. It is a family business and you felt at home. We came here 11 years ago, we loved so much our experience that we wanted to come back. We are happy we did, it is even better than before.

Friendly owner with a helpful map to the city drawn up and explained to you. Excellent location within walking distance to all of the major sights. Able to take airport bus 109 here for 15k dong, and grab back to airport was just over 100k dong. Excellent restaurants nearby - check out Filthy Vegan and Little Hanoi Egg Coffee. Also close to several convenience stores. Room was clean and quiet.

The Guesthouse is excellent value. Small, but very clean rooms. Good hot water, water pressure and wifi. Walking distance to the main sites. Many restaurants near by. Surprisingly quiet, you can’t hear the very load near by bars. Excellent staff who provide a map with what to see and on arrival. Welcome drink too.
